Self-improvement means self-observation or
improving yourself. If you want to improve yourself then you need to change
your bad habits. self-improvement is a process of improving yourself by your
actions. Self-improvement means self-help means helping yourself only.
if you want to improve yourself then you must follow these steps in your
life:-
1) you need a healthy mind
2) find the purpose of your life
3) achieve accomplishment for success
4) challenge yourself
5)don't feel guilty or don't remember your past
mistakes
6) don't repeat your mistakes
7) don't be fake to yourself
8) time management
9) set your goals
if you want to improve yourself then you have to
follow these steps.
why self-improvement is important?
self-improvement is important because, it
helps you to improve your health, and your mental condition and you will also
learn to fix your relationship problem. self-improvement it’s not something that
happens overnight, it will take some time but it will happen. it will help you
to improve not only your physical but also your mental health. Self-improvement
will help you to be more confident, more realistic. Strength is also important
in self-improvement. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. You don't need to
be ashamed of your weakness. You need to baffle your weakness. It's hard to
baffle your weakness but you have to try. I know it will take some time but you
don't need to take tension, because no one is perfect.
Self-improvement will help you to choose new
hobbies, goals, and career options. You have to rid bad habits like smoking,
drinking, not doing anything, laying on bed every time, and not exercising. Stop
doing all this, these are bad habits that can affect your life.
Okay so for example:- If you smoke 2 cigarettes
daily, what is the price of one cigarette? The price of one cigarette is 15 Rs,
which means you are wasting 30 Rs daily and 900 Rs per month, like seriously
you are wasting your money on bad habits that won't even help you to fix your
problems, that won't help to improve yourself, that won't help you to become a
successful person, then my question is, why you are wasting your money? Save
that money, use that money on good things like buying books. Reading will also
help you to improve yourself. Because reading will make your memory works
faster.
Control your anger, because anger is a very
dangerous weapon. That will kill you only that will harm you mentally as well
as physically. So try to be calm. avoid toxic people.
As I said set your goals. Think about what you
want in your life. Many peoples are aimless. They just go with the flow. They
don't even know their destination. They have no goals' no aim, no motive,
nothing. And as a result, they called failure.
Try to Ask yourself questions. Are you happy with
what are you doing?
Are you focused? Do you have proper goals, and
aim? Just ask. It will help you to improve yourself because talking with yourself
it's not a sign of madness. when you ask yourself about yourself then you will
understand what are you doing and what you want to do in your life?
Avoid toxic relationships. If you are surrounded
by negative or toxic people, you won't be able to improve yourself or achieve
anything. Surrounding by negative people will also affect your mind. You need
the right (positive) peoples in your life that will encourage you, and helps
you.
Okay so I’m sharing my personal experience with
you, when I was in college I wanted to participate in several extracurricular
activities like making poem competitions, anchoring, and many more because I
loved to make poems, anchoring but at that time I had stage fear but
unfortunately I were unable to do that because I was surrounded by toxic
friends as they never encourage me for doing what is right for me and what I
wish to but when I was in last year I got new friends who encourage me to do
what is right for me. At that time I realised that I wasted three years of my
life because of those toxic people who never know my worth. That’s why I always
say don’t be surrounded by toxic people, it will affect your achievement,
career, your priorities. I’m still regretting why I choose those toxic friends.
Now I think what if I chose my priorities instead of listening to that toxic
people shit that effect my achievement? Don’t leave behind you a questions
like, what would have happened if i did this? What if had chosen that? Just
don’t, do what is right for you, do what you want to do, and do what will feel
you proud.
self-improvement is not easy as everyone thinks.
It frequently requires pain, efforts and you must quit your comfort zone.
Self-improvement will take time but it will help
you to achieve what you want. Self-improvement plays a very important role to
achieve your goals in your life. Self-improvement is the key to success, so try
to improve yourself. If you want to improve yourself so don’t let anyone kill
your peace, your value, your importance.
Don’t repeat your past mistakes. Because mistakes
are mistakes, you can’t justify your mistake. It’s okay if you did any mistakes
in your past because life is all about learning something from your mistakes ,but
life is not about repeating your mistakes because life gives only one chance to
everyone and don’t waste your only chance on your past mistakes. It will
distract you from your destination. Don’t be silly.
As everyone knows time is everything. If you
don’t value time, then time won’t value you as well. There are very few peoples
who know the value of time. And they exactly know how to manage it, and time
management is also important on the way to success. Suppose your office time is
9:30 and you reach there at 10 o clock daily then how you are eligible for the
promotion and why you are expecting that. Managing time is also a skill. And
skills don’t come us with our birth, you have to learn that skill, you have to
learn how to manage your time. Then you will be able to improve yourself.
